1. Overview of Incoloy 800H (NO8810) nickel-based alloy:
The Cr content in Incoloy 800H (NO8810) nickel-based alloy is usually 15-25%, the Cr content is 30-45%, and it contains small amounts of aluminum and titanium. Compared with Incoloy800 alloy, the carbon content is controlled from less than or equal to 0.1% to 0.05-0.1%, which better improves the strength of the steel. This alloy has a high chromium content and sufficient nickel content, so it has high high temperature corrosion resistance and is widely used in industry. It has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in hydrides, low-concentration NaOH aqueous solutions and high-temperature and high-pressure water, so it is used to manufacture equipment that is resistant to stress corrosion cracking. The corrosion resistance performance is better than that of general austenitic stainless steel and better than Inconel 600 alloy; in the manufacture of corrosion-resistant stress cracking equipment, it is better than Inconel 600 and Monel 400 alloy.

5. Incoloy 800H (NO8810) nickel-based alloy processing efficiency:
1. Incoloy 800H (NO8810) alloy hot processing:
(1) The temperature range is 1200℃~950℃, and the cooling pipe is water quenching or rapid air cooling.
(2) In order to obtain the best performance and creep resistance, solution treatment must be carried out after thermal processing.
(3) The data can be directly fed into a furnace that has been heated to 1200°C, kept warm for a sufficient time and then quickly released from the furnace, and then thermally processed within the specified temperature range. When the material temperature drops below the thermal processing temperature, it needs to be reheated.
2. Incoloy 800H (NO8810) alloy cold processing:
(1) The work hardening rate is greater than that of austenitic stainless steel, so processing equipment needs to be selected. Cold worked materials should be in a solution heat treated state, and intermediate annealing should be performed when the amount of cold working is large.
(2) If the amount of cold working is greater than 10%, the workpiece needs to be subjected to secondary solution treatment.
3. Incoloy 800H (NO8810) alloy welding process:
It is suitable for using any traditional welding process with the same material or other base metals, such as tungsten electrode inert gas shielded welding, plasma arc welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal pole inert gas shielded welding, melting pole inert gas shielded welding, among which pulsed arc Welding is the preferred option. If manual arc welding is used, it is recommended to use (Ar+He+H2+CO2) as the shielding gas.
