1. Overview of Incoloy A-286 (S66286) nickel-based alloy:
Incoloy A-286 nickel-based alloy is a Fe-25Ni-15Cr-based high-temperature alloy, and is combined with molybdenum, titanium aluminum, vanadium and trace boron. Below 650°C, it has high yield strength, long-lasting, creep strength, and has good processing plasticity and satisfactory welding performance. Suitable for manufacturing high-temperature bearing components of aircraft engines that work under 650°C for a long time, such as turbine discs, press discs, rotor blades and fasteners. This alloy can produce various shapes of deformation products, such as discs, forgings, plates. , rods, wires and rings, etc. Incoloy A-286 nickel-based alloy improves the alloy purity and limits the gas content, controls the content of low melting point elements, and adjusts the heat treatment system, thereby improving the thermal strength and long-term use efficiency of the alloy.
