1. Overview of Incoloy 926 (N08926) nickel-based alloy:

The Cr content in Incoloy 926 (N08926) nickel-based alloys is usually 14.0-18.0%, and the content is 24.0-26.0%.
Incoloy 926 (N08926) is a nickel-based alloy containing titanium and aluminum, containing enough chromium to form and maintain a sufficient scale of chromium oxide to protect it under high temperature conditions, and is more resistant to high temperature than traditional chromium-nickel stainless steel such as 304. ; The higher content makes it better antioxidant performance than the standard 18-8 stainless steel stainless, and its oxidation resistance is no less than that of higher grade alloys with temperatures up to 1900 degrees Fahrenheit (1038℃).
Main characteristics of Incoloy 926 (N08926) nickel-based alloy:
1. Incoloy 926 (N08926) has high resistance to pit corrosion and crevice corrosion in halide media and acidic media containing H2S.
2. It can effectively resist hydrogen ion stress corrosion and cracking in practical applications.
3. It has excellent corrosion resistance to various corrosion in normal oxidation and reduction environments.
Mechanical performance is greatly improved compared to Cronifer 1925 LC-Alloy 904L
Compared with the same series of alloys with a nickel content of 18%, the gold-treated stability has been greatly improved.
Have relevant certifications for pressure vessel manufacturing (VdTUV-196~400℃ and ASME certification)

1. Density: ρ=8.1g/cm3.
2. Melting temperature range: 1320-1390℃.
3. The minimum value of the mechanical performance of the alloy at room temperature of Incoloy 926 (N08926):
(1) Tensile strength 650Rm N/mm2.
(2) Yield strength 295 RP0.2 N/mm2.
(3) Elongation A5%: 35.
4. Processing and heat treatment of Incoloy926 (N08926) nickel-based alloy:
Incoloy926 nickel-based alloy is suitable for cold, hot processing and machining, but due to its high strength, high power processing equipment is required for cold and hot processing.
1. Heating of Incoloy 926 (N08926) alloy:
(1) The workpiece should always be kept clean before and during the heat treatment.
(2) During the heat treatment process, you cannot contact sulfur, phosphorus, lead and other low-melting metals, otherwise it will damage the effectiveness of the data. Pay attention to removing dirt such as marking paint, temperature instruction paint, colored crayons, lubricating oil, fuel and other dirt. .
(3) The lower the sulfur content in the fuel, the better. The sulfur content in gas should be less than 0.1%, and the sulfur content in heavy oil should be less than 0.5%.
(4) Considering the need for temperature control and keeping clean, it is best to perform heat treatment in a vacuum furnace or a gas protection furnace.
(5) It can also be heated in a box furnace or gas furnace, but the furnace gas must be clean and neutral to oxidizing. The furnace gas should be avoided from fluctuating between oxidizing and reducing properties, and the heating flame cannot be directly Burn to the workpiece."
2. Thermal processing of Incoloy 926 (N08926) alloy:
(1) The thermal processing temperature range of Incoloy 926 (N08926) alloy is 1200℃~900℃, and the cooling pipeline is water quenched or fast air-cooled.
(2) When heating, the data can be sent directly to the furnace with the highest working temperature that has been heated. After sufficient insulation time (60 minutes of insulation time is required for every 100mm thickness), the furnace can be quickly released and heated in the high temperature section of the specified temperature range. Processing. When the data temperature drops below the thermal processing temperature, it needs to be reheated.
(3) In order to obtain the best performance, solid solution treatment must be carried out after hot processing.
3. Cold processing of Incoloy 926 (N08926) alloy:
(1) Like all austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel, the |ncoloy 926 (N08926) alloy has a large work hardening rate, so it is necessary to select the processing equipment. The cold processing data should be in a solid solution heat treatment state, and intermediate annealing should be performed when the cold processing volume is large.
(2) If the cold processing volume is greater than 15%, the workpiece needs to be subjected to secondary solid solution treatment.
4. Heat treatment of Incoloy 926 (N08926) alloy:
(1) The solution treatment temperature range of Incoloy 926 (N08926) alloy is 1150℃~1200℃, and the most suitable temperature is 1170℃.
(2) Data cooling pipelines with thicknesses greater than 1.5mm are water quenched, and data with thicknesses less than 1.5mm can also be quickly air-cooled. If air-cooling is used.
(3) During the heat treatment process, the data can be directly sent to the furnace with the highest working temperature that has been heated, and the workpiece must be kept clean.
5. De-oxidation and pickling of Incoloy 926 (N08926) alloy:
(1) The adhesion of the surface oxide of lncoloy 926 (N08926) alloy and the welding slag around the weld seam is stronger than that of low alloy stainless steel. It is recommended to use fine crystal abrasive belt or fine grinding wheel for grinding.
(2) Before pickling with HNO3/HF mixed acid for appropriate time and temperature, carefully polish or pretreat the oxide film.
6. Machining of Incoloy926 (N08926) alloy:
Incoloy 926 (N08926) alloy should be machined after heat treatment. Due to the processing hardening of the data, it is advisable to use a lower cutting speed and heavy feeding than the standard solid-neutral stainless steel for processing to get into cold work. Below the hardened surface.
5. Incoloy 926 (N08926) nickel-based alloy application scope:
