Inconel600 is an early-developed nickel-chromium-iron-based solid solution strengthened alloy. It has good high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent hot and cold processing and welding process performance, and has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 700°C. .
Inconel600 alloy can be strengthened by cold working, and can also be connected by resistance welding, solution welding or immersion welding. It can supply cold-rolled sheets, hot-rolled thick plates, strips, wires, bars, round cakes, ring rings, ring forgings, etc. , suitable for making anti-oxidation parts that can withstand low loads below 1100°C.

4. Inconel 600 (N06600) nickel-based alloy heat treatment system: 
Plate: 1010~1050℃, 3~5min/mm, air cooling;
Strip: 1010℃±10℃, air cooling;
Wire material: 1065℃±10℃, air cooling.
The inspection test of rods and ring parts has been carried out at 1010℃±10℃ and air-cooled and solid solution treated.

1. Features:
Inconel 600 is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant, has high strength and is easy to process. Resistant to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking, sulfides and oxidizing media in high temperature environments. It has good corrosion resistance in organic acids such as formic acid, acetic acid, and stearic acid, and has moderate corrosion resistance in inorganic acids. It has excellent corrosion resistance in high-purity water used in primary and secondary loops of nuclear reactors. The most outstanding performance is its ability to resist the corrosion of dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride, and the application temperature can reach 650°C. At high temperatures, annealed and solution-treated Inconel 600 has good anti-oxidation peeling performance and high strength in the air.
2. Application overview: 
This alloy has mature experience in use abroad. It has been made into important components of aerospace engines in China. After flight tests, it has also begun to be used in aviation, chemical production, retorts and components in heat treatment furnaces, aircraft fuselage components, and nuclear reactions. furnace.

10. Inconel 600 (N06600) nickel-based alloy structure:

11. Inconel 600 (N06600) nickel-based alloy process performance and requirements:
1. | nconel600 forming efficiency:

The alloy has good hot working performance. The heating temperature for steel ingot forging is 1110~1140℃; the final forging temperature is not less than 950℃, the heating temperature for slab rolling is 1130~1170℃, and the heating temperature for finish rolling is 1090~1130℃. The solution treatment temperature of finished products is 1010~1050℃.
2. Inconel600 welding performance: 
The alloy has good welding performance and can be connected by various methods such as arc welding, xenon arc welding, resistance welding and sinter welding. Large or complex welded structural parts should be annealed at 870°C for 1 hour after welding to eliminate welding stress.
3. Heat treatment process of lnconel600 parts: 
The heat treatment process of parts should be carried out according to the heat treatment system of the corresponding data standards. Annealing of sheet and strip parts should be carried out in a protective atmosphere.
